Also known as the world’s first chewing gum, it has long been heralded for its healing digestive properties. It is 2 years now that we have spread the love for mastiha for the city of Cambridge. The best moment for mastiha to become famous was during the mayball of June 2017. Thousands and thousands of people drinking and talking about this stunning liqueur. Me and George were showing them how they mix and drink it in Greece.
Yet over the last few years, the liqueur has taken over the mixology scene as delicious cocktail ingredient that inspires new recipes and offers a fresh twist to established classics.
I am so in love for this product that would be one of the main actors of my new cocktail list that will be published soon. I'll recommend to use Laphroaig, Mastiha Enosis, Agave Nectar infused Rosemary and Lime and I am sure that would be one of our best sellers. Yamas!
